Deep Creek Spa & Billiards (aka Hottubz, LLC) originally began as Tub Tech, LLC, back in May 1998, by Jeremy Graham & David Insley, to provide hot tub service to the burgeoning vacation rental market around Deep Creek Lake.  Since that time the business has expanded into sales and repairs.  As the company grew the sale of pool tables, ancillary products like shuffleboards were added to the offerings, along with repairing and refelting pool tables. 

 

In March 2018, Tub Tech, LLC, was purchased solely by David Insley, and the name was changed to Hottubz, LLC.  The company continues to offer the same quality products, services, and repairs it has provided for the past 25 years to Deep Creek Lake and the surrounding area. In 2023, the company added a sales division, known as "Deep Creek Spa & Billiards", featuring the sale of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and pool tables."

Our service manager, Dan Davidson, came into the business in May of 2005 and our office manager, Kelly Buckley, came into the business in March of 2006. Dan and Kelly have both become an integral part of our business and are known and appreciated by our customers for their work ethic, honesty, and customer service.  We never offer false promises…if we can’t repair something or make a repair that will hold up…we’ll tell you upfront.  We won’t take your money unless we can give you what you are paying for.  We’ll give you all of the options and let you decide.

Dave, Dan, Kelly, and our employees strive to provide each of our customers with the best customer service in the area.  We also do our very best to keep pricing on our services, repairs, and the various products we sell as low as possible and still be able to provide our customers with a great quality service/product at a fair price. 

Deep Creek Spa & Billiards offers hot tub sales, hot tub service and maintenance, hot tub repairs and hot tub relocations (locally).  We currently sell VitaSpa and Viking hot tubs. 

We also offer pool table sales, pool table re-felts, repairs, and relocations (locally).  Deep Creek Spa & Billiards currently sells CL Bailey pool tables.
